Shipping Policy

Legend Collect ships across the United States and to select international locations. We work with trusted carriers to ensure safe and timely delivery for all orders.

Processing times may vary based on order volume or product release schedules, but we aim to fulfill all orders as quickly as possible. Delivery estimates are provided by the carrier and may vary depending on destination and customs processing for international shipments.

Please be patient. If an order experiences a delay, damage, or issue in transit, please contact support@legendcollect.com. We review such cases individually to ensure the best possible resolution for our customers.

We reserve the right to adjust shipping methods, combine orders, or hold shipments for verification or fraud prevention.

Shipping vs Processing Time

Shipping speed selected at checkout applies only after the order is handed to Usps/Carrier. It does not affect processing time. Priority shipping means faster transit, not faster order preparation.

Processing Time

  • Orders are normally processed within 1-3 business days

  • Orders do not ship on weekends or holidays

  • During high order volume, processing may take longer

Weather and Act of God Delays

Severe weather, unsafe road conditions, natural disasters, or carrier shutdowns may delay shipments.

We will not send staff out in unsafe conditions. If carriers are closed or travel is unsafe, orders will ship once conditions improve and carriers reopen.

Business Days

Business days are Monday-Friday, excluding holidays and weather-related closures.

Tracking

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking once your order ships. Tracking information may take up to 24-48 hours to update.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

Customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes imposed during or after shipping.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

Once a package is handed to USPS/UPS/Carrier, ownership transfers to the buyer. We are not responsible for lost, stolen, delayed, or carrier-damaged packages. See refund policy and contact us if theres any issues as we always try our best to help.
