Refund & Return Policy
All sales on legendcollect.com are final unless otherwise stated in writing. Due to the collectible nature of our products, we do not offer refunds, cancellations, or exchanges once an order is processed.
Returns or buybacks may be considered case-by-case at our sole discretion and must be pre-approved by contacting support@legendcollect.com. Unauthorized returns may be refused or discarded without credit.
If a product arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 3 business days of delivery with order details and video for review. Resolution options, if approved, may include store credit or replacement at our discretion.
We reserve the right to deny returns, issue partial credits, or limit future orders in cases of misuse or excessive claims.
Manufacturer-Sealed Products
All products that are sold new are manufacturer sealed. We are not responsible for manufacturer-related packaging or content imperfections, including but not limited to:

Minor plastic rips or tears

Corner dings or dents

Scuffs, scratches, or cosmetic packaging flaws
Packaging and contents are controlled by the manufacturer and are outside our control.
Refund Policy
To qualify for a refund on tampered, unsealed, or any return cases once approved, the following is required:

A continuous video of the sealed shipping box and label clearly visible BEFORE being opened

Box/products must remain on camera at all times

Video must include a timestamp, label information, your full name, and order number
This policy prevents reused or altered videos.
No-shrink boxes are not eligible for refunds due to dents or cosmetic damage.
These products are intended to be opened and are sold without shrink wrap by design.
Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns on:

Custom or special-order items

Opened products

Perishable goods

Hazardous or flammable materials
If you have questions about eligibility, contact us before purchasing.
Exchanges
To receive a different item, return the original item (if eligible). Once approved, place a new order for the replacement item.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, you will be notified of approval or denial.

Approved refunds are processed within 5-7 business days

Banks and card issuers may take additional time to post funds
Cancellations
All cancellations are subject to a 10% processing fee.

Preorders are final sale and cannot be canceled or refunded

Discount codes will not be applied retroactively

Forgotten discount codes will not be honored

Canceling due to a missed discount still incurs the 10% fee
Bot / Abuse Policy
If an order is found to be placed using bots or automated software:

The order will be canceled

The account/IP will be banned
